Bianca is a passionate personal trainer based in Edinburgh, dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting results through fitness and nutrition. Her journey into coaching began with her own struggles with body image and health—experiences that now fuel her empathetic and results-driven approach.

Originally from Romania, Bianca moved to Edinburgh to follow her dreams and found her calling in personal training. With over 8 years of experience, she has helped clients of all fitness levels overcome challenges with exercise, food, and mindset. Bianca’s philosophy is simple: fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and empowering—not something to dread.

As the founder of Movement, Bianca aims to redefine the gym experience in Edinburgh by creating a space where clients feel supported, motivated, and part of a welcoming community. James Macaulay - Founder

James is an experienced personal trainer in Edinburgh with a lifelong passion for fitness, teamwork, and helping others unlock their potential. A former Quantity Surveyor, James shifted careers to pursue his love for coaching, driven by the confidence and resilience that fitness has brought to his own life.

For the past 4 years, James has worked with clients in Edinburgh to overcome gym intimidation, improve self-confidence, and build long-term fitness habits. His hands-on approach focuses on making fitness approachable and enjoyable, helping clients see results that go far beyond the gym.

As a co-founder of Movement, James is committed to raising the standard of personal training in Edinburgh. He’s passionate about creating a gym where clients feel supported, challenged, and motivated to push past their barriers in a professional yet welcoming environment.
