Our small group personal training sessions are designed to give you the best of both worlds — individual attention from expert coaches within a supportive group setting. We keep our group sizes small to ensure you receive focused guidance while still benefiting from the energy and motivation of training alongside others.
Depending on the package of choice, you can choose from 2-4 Personal training sessions per week, at our gym in the heart of Edinburgh.
Individualised Support from Your Personal Coach
As a Movement client, you’ll work closely with your dedicated personal coach in Edinburgh, who takes the time to understand your fitness journey and what truly matters to you. Your coach will create a custom training plan, provide regular check-ins, and adjust your training as you progress.
Even better, you’ll also have access to our expert coaching team, each specialising in areas such as mindset, PCOS, endometriosis, peri/menopause, women’s health, and performance training — running, half/ marathons, 5-10k and other sporting events. Whether you're looking for strength training, weight loss, or fitness support tailored to your needs, we’ve got you covered.

Access to Classes, Workshops, and Events
Movement Edinburgh Gym offers a variety of additional classes, from strength and conditioning sessions, to mobility or yoga — designed to complement your training and keep things interesting. We also host regular workshops and events, from technique-focused sessions to nutrition seminars, so you can deepen your knowledge and skills.
Plus, our social events bring members together outside the gym, building connections that make your fitness journey even more rewarding.
