At your initial Strategy Session, we’ll get to know your goals, your current ability, and anything you’re working around. From there, everything is tailored to you — so you’re never left guessing.
You’ll have a coach with you throughout every session to guide you, keep you progressing safely, and help you build confidence as you go.

Yes — all of our memberships (including the 14-Day Experience) include full access to our fitness classes. These are designed to complement your personal training sessions and cover everything from strength and cardio to mobility and recovery.

That’s absolutely fine — we regularly work with clients who have injuries, health conditions, or specific limitations.
At your initial Strategy Session, we’ll take the time to understand what’s going on and make sure everything is adapted to suit you. Your training will be built around what you can do, safely and confidently, with full support from your coach every step of the way.

We offer sessions throughout the day — mornings, lunchtimes, afternoons and evenings — so you can book in at times that genuinely work for you.

Our memberships start at £200 per month and include small group personal training, ongoing 1-1 coaching support, and full access to our fitness classes — everything you need to stay consistent and make real progress.
We offer a few different options depending on how often you'd like to train, and we’ll work with you to choose the right level of support for your goals and lifestyle.
We keep our membership numbers deliberately low to ensure a high level of personal attention, so it’s important that it feels like a good fit for both of us.
